AI service

Document AI and predictive analytics that turn paperwork and data into decisions

Extract structured data from invoices, contracts and forms, then forecast, score and flag what needs attention.

OCR & extraction

Printed, handwritten and scanned documents into clean, typed fields.

Validation rules

Totals, tax, duplicates and master-data checks before anything is posted.

Forecasting

Demand, cash flow and capacity forecasts from your historical data.

Anomaly detection

Unusual transactions, claims or usage flagged for review in near real time.

A surprising amount of business still runs on documents: invoices, purchase orders, KYC forms, contracts, claims, delivery notes. We build pipelines that read them, extract the fields you need, validate them against your rules and post the result into your ERP or database, with exceptions routed to a person.

Once your data is structured, it becomes predictable. We add forecasting, risk scoring and anomaly detection on top, and surface the results in dashboards your team will actually use.

Which documents can you process?

Invoices and receipts, purchase orders, bank statements, KYC and onboarding forms, insurance claims, delivery notes, contracts and medical or lab reports. We use pre-built models where they are accurate enough and train custom extractors for your specific layouts where they are not.

What happens to low-confidence extractions?

They go to a review screen where a person sees the original document side by side with the extracted fields and corrects them in seconds. Corrections are recorded and used to improve accuracy over time.

Predictive analytics on your existing data

We build forecasting, churn prediction, risk scoring and anomaly detection using ML.NET, Azure Machine Learning or Python, running against your existing SQL Server or PostgreSQL data. Models are versioned, monitored for drift and retrained on a schedule.

  • Demand and inventory forecasting
  • Customer churn and lifetime-value prediction
  • Fraud and anomaly detection
  • Lead and credit risk scoring
  • Power BI or custom dashboards

How we deliver

Our process for document ai & analytics

  1. 01

    Sample review

We test extraction on a representative set of your documents and report field-level accuracy.

  2. 02

    Pipeline build (4-8 weeks)

Ingestion, extraction, validation, review screen and integration into your systems.

  3. 03

    Analytics layer

Forecasting and scoring models with dashboards once the data foundation is in place.

  4. 04

    Monitor & retrain

Accuracy and drift monitoring with scheduled retraining.

FAQ

Document AI & Analytics: frequently asked questions

How accurate is document extraction?

It depends on document quality and layout variety, so we measure it on your own samples before you commit and report field-by-field accuracy. Low-confidence fields always go to a human review step rather than being posted automatically.

Can it read handwritten or scanned documents?

Yes. Modern OCR and vision models handle scans, photos and reasonably legible handwriting. Very poor scans are flagged for manual review.

Where is our data processed?

We can keep processing within a specific Azure region, inside your own cloud subscription, or on-premises with open-source models when regulations require it.

Do we need a data science team to maintain the models?

No. We deliver monitoring, retraining pipelines and documentation, and can operate the models for you under a support agreement.
