What information we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company, the service you are interested in and your message. When you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share.
Like most websites, our servers automatically record technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time of the request. We use this only to operate, secure and troubleshoot the site.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us to:
- respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential project
- prepare proposals, estimates and contracts you have asked for

Legal basis and consent

Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our email provider and website hosting provider, under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations, or when required by law.
Third-party content
Our contact page embeds a Google Maps map. When it loads, Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies, governed by Google's privacy policy. Links to LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp and our products site are governed by those services' own policies.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to three years afterwards unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Client project records are kept for the period required by contract and law. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and we use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to withdraw your consent, by emailing info@weblancertechnologies.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the relevant data protection authority.
